Every host is identity-checked by our payment partner before they can be paid, and every listing is reviewed before it goes live.
Your payment is protected
Payment is taken close to the date of your experience and held by Japan Pro until it has taken place. If a host cancels, you are refunded in full.
Help when you need it
If something goes wrong during or after an experience, report it from your trip within 20 hours and we will look into it before the host is paid.
